Interview API for embedded screening

Teams that already orchestrate hiring in their own product want an API: create a session, receive webhooks when a screen completes, fetch the cited report. That is the target shape — public self-serve API keys are not GA yet.

Target integration shape

REST (or GraphQL) endpoints to create interviews from your applicant ID, receive completion webhooks, and pull structured JSON with scores and evidence citations. Authentication via org-scoped keys with audit logging.

What exists today

Design partners integrate through supported manual and semi-automated paths — CSV roster, shareable links, report URLs. Documented public API with rate limits and SLAs follows the hiring suite GA, not before.

Data handling

Can I get an API key today?

Not self-serve. Pilot integrations are arranged case by case. We will publish docs and a developer portal when the API surface is stable enough to support without hand-holding every caller.
