Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026. You must be 18 or older to use Intervues. By using intervues.club, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Intervues provides voice-led AI interview practice for candidates and structured voice screening for hiring teams. Outputs include session transcripts, scores, preparation reports, and hiring fit reports. The service is provided on an early-access basis while we expand capacity.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity under your email address.
3. Acceptable use
- Practice mode is for rehearsal only. You may not use Intervues as a live copilot during a real interview you are taking.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Hiring teams must obtain appropriate consent from candidates before enabling integrity monitoring or biometric-adjacent checks.
- You may not use the service to discriminate unlawfully or to process data you do not have a lawful basis to process.
4. Product access
Access terms and any applicable charges are presented in the product at the time they apply. We do not create a recurring charge without your clear agreement.
5. Reports & decisions
Reports are generated from what you said and did in session. They are preparation tools and hiring signals — not guarantees of employment outcomes. Hiring teams remain solely responsible for hiring decisions. Intervues does not automatically reject candidates based on integrity flags; flags are evidence for human review.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Intervues brand, software, and report templates. You own your own interview content (what you said and wrote). We need a limited licence to process that content to run the session and deliver your report.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It is incorporated into these terms by reference.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” during early access. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI systems can mis-hear or mis-score; use reports as one input among many.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intervues and its founders are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or hiring outcomes. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; deletion rights in the Privacy Policy still apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
12. Screening interviews
Some interviews are structured screens for a specific hiring client, taken through a private link and a personal access code (“screening interviews”). The following additional terms apply.
- You get one attempt per invite. There is no retake once the interview has started, except for an automatic retry if the system fails in the first two minutes.
- You may not use AI tools, notes, other people, or a second device during the interview. Your answers must be your own.
- Integrity signals — including tab switches, full-screen exits, blocked key presses and paste attempts, and automated analysis of your delivery — are recorded and appear in your report as an integrity timeline. Intervues does not issue a pass/fail integrity verdict; the hiring company reviews the timeline itself.
- Scores and reports from a screening interview are an assessment aid for the hiring company, not a hiring decision, an offer, or a guarantee of any outcome.
13. Our role as a bridge: no liability for employers or agencies
Intervues introduces candidates and companies, including recruitment agencies, to each other. We are not the employer, the recruiter of record, or the paying party for any role. We do not guarantee a job, an offer, payment, working conditions, or the conduct of any company.
Every opportunity surfaced through Intervues is a lead, not a vetted outcome: you are responsible for verifying the company yourself and deciding whether to trust and work with it. Any engagement, payment, or dispute arising from an opportunity is between you and the company — Intervues is not a party to it and is not liable for it. Companies and agencies make their own hiring decisions and are responsible for their own due diligence on candidates.
