Intervues · Trust
When you use Intervues for structured hiring screens, you typically act as controller for candidate personal data; Intervues processes that data to deliver the interview and fit report.
For employer-arranged screens, the hiring organisation is generally the controller for hiring decisions. Intervues acts as processor for session data needed to run the interview, produce transcripts, scores, and reports.
This page is product and policy information, not legal advice. Consult qualified counsel for your jurisdiction and use case.
Subject matter and duration of processing, nature and purpose, categories of data subjects and personal data, security measures, subprocessors, international transfers, deletion, and assistance with data-subject requests where applicable.
Pilot and design-partner DPAs are executed on request — email admin@intervues.club with your entity name and jurisdiction. A self-serve standard DPA template will publish alongside hiring suite GA.
Speech recognition, language models, and infrastructure providers may process session artefacts under contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms. See sub-processors for current disclosure posture.
