Sub-processors

Intervues uses service providers to run speech recognition, language models, hosting, and related infrastructure. They process data only to deliver the service, under contractual terms.

Categories of subprocessors

We use providers in the following categories. Specific vendor names and regions are disclosed in pilot DPAs and will be listed in a machine-readable register at GA.

Cloud hosting and storage
Automatic speech recognition (ASR)
Large language model inference
Email and scheduling (e.g. Calendly for demo bookings — under their policy)
Payment processing for candidate credits (where applicable)

Change notification

Material subprocessor changes will be communicated to design partners and published on this page before or concurrent with the change, subject to contractual notice periods in your DPA.

No training on your data

Subprocessors are engaged to deliver the service, not to obtain training corpora from your sessions. See privacy policy: we do not train unrelated third-party models on your voice or transcripts.
