Many India-first hiring flows already run on WhatsApp. Delivering a structured voice screen through a channel candidates already check is a product direction — not a live feature we are pretending exists.
Email open rates collapse for frontline and gig cohorts. WhatsApp is often the actual inbox. A structured screen that respects reply windows and offline/async completion fits high-volume hiring — if the integrity and consent model is done honestly.
There is no production WhatsApp bot conducting Intervues interviews today. Browser and app flows are the live paths. WhatsApp delivery is design-partner territory until consent, retention, and session integrity are specified publicly.
