No. Intervues is pay-per-interview — you buy a credit, single or in a pack, and use it whenever you want. Nothing renews automatically and nothing charges you while you're not using it.
Credits do not currently expire. If we ever introduce an expiry window, we'll announce it in advance and it won't apply retroactively to credits you already own.
If a credit doesn't work as it should — a session fails to start, for example — email admin@intervues.club and we'll make it right. A published, self-serve refund policy will go live alongside general billing.
