Regulators and NYC Local Law 144 require independent bias audits for covered automated employment decision tools. We are honest: no completed third-party audit yet — and underlying data designed to make a future audit possible.
Every score is cited to a timestamp and quoted utterance — score distributions and calibration parameters can be exported for analysis. Indian-English ASR calibration is a named, versioned control rather than a black box.
This page is product and policy information, not legal advice. Consult qualified counsel for your jurisdiction and use case.
Intervues has not completed an independent NYC Local Law 144 bias audit. We do not publish adverse-impact ratios or selection-rate statistics as if an audit already happened. See NYC Local Law 144 and adverse impact ratio in the glossary.
When you engage an independent auditor, we will provide technical documentation, score exports, and calibration metadata needed for their methodology — subject to confidentiality and your controller relationship with candidates.
Proactive third-party bias audits and published summary reports are roadmap items tied to hiring suite GA — announced with dates when scheduled, not implied as done today.
Questions
We can supply underlying data and technical documentation an auditor needs. That is not the same as having already passed an audit — your auditor runs the independent evaluation.
Not as marketing statistics. Selection-rate analysis belongs in your audit context with your cohorts and job categories — not invented sitewide percentages.
