Taleez is an ATS used by French SMBs wanting simple, modern ATS UX. Those teams run quick job publishing, Kanban pipelines, and mobile-friendly recruiter workflows. Intervues works alongside Taleez today — send interview links, review structured voice screens, and share reports — while native sync remains on the roadmap.
Taleez customers are typically French SMBs wanting simple, modern ATS UX. Their recruiters live inside Taleez for req creation, pipeline stages, and hiring manager collaboration.
The recurring bottleneck is the same: once resumes are shortlisted, someone still has to phone-screen French SaaS startups — often dozens per req — before managers invest in onsite time.
That first conversation is repetitive, hard to schedule across time zones, and rarely captured in a structured way back in Taleez. Intervues targets that gap without pretending a native connector already exists.
These are the kinds of structured voice questions Intervues runs for Inside Sales SDR roles typical among Taleez users:
Shortlist in your ATS as usual
Recruiters filter applicants inside Taleez — resume screen, knockout questions, or sourcing tags — and pick who gets a structured voice screen.
Send an Intervues interview link
Paste a unique interview link into the candidate email template or SMS your team already sends from the ATS. No API required — the link opens a structured AI voice interview.
Review the score report
When the candidate finishes, recruiters open the Intervues report: rubric scores, timestamped quotes, and a plain-language summary. Attach the link or export CSV for your hiring manager.
Advance or reject in the ATS
Move the candidate to the next Taleez stage — phone screen with HM, onsite, or rejection — using the same workflow you run today, now informed by a same-day structured screen.
The table below describes what we intend to sync once the connector ships. Nothing in this table is live today — it is a design target for the waitlist beta.
| Intervues field | Planned ATS destination | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Candidate name & email | Taleez applicant record | Roadmap |
| Interview completion status | Application stage / custom field | Roadmap |
| Overall score & rubric breakdown | Scorecard note or custom field | Roadmap |
| Timestamped evidence clips | Attachment or link on candidate profile | Roadmap |
| Recruiter summary | Internal note on application | Roadmap |
Native Taleez sync is on the roadmap — automatic candidate push, stage updates, and score write-back are in design, not shipped.
Until that ships, teams use Intervues alongside Taleez with interview links and exported reports. Tell us you want Taleez first and we will prioritize the connector.
No. Intervues has none shipped yet — native sync is on the roadmap. Teams using Taleez run Intervues alongside it today via interview links and exported reports. Join the waitlist at admin@intervues.club if native sync is a requirement for your rollout.
Copy the Intervues report link into an internal note on the candidate's application, attach the PDF export if your team uses one, or import scores via CSV into a custom field your Taleez admin already configured. Native write-back is planned but not live.
Email admin@intervues.club with subject "ATS waitlist: Taleez". Include your monthly applicant volume and which stage you want automated first. Waitlist members get early beta access when the connector ships.
That is the goal. The planned connector would push completion status and scores into Taleez automatically. It is not shipped — join the waitlist if that write-back is blocking your rollout.
The alongside workflow works for any Taleez customer regardless of region — send a link, get a structured screen, attach the report to the application.
Knockout questions test yes/no eligibility. Intervues runs a conversational screen — how the candidate explains trade-offs, handles pushback, and communicates in the role's real context — with timestamped evidence recruiters can share with hiring managers.
